As we are a custom builder, we do not have a set price per square foot. There is an abundance of factors that contribute to a project's overall cost per square foot. Because no two homes we build are identical, we suggest checking out our process to learn more about how we price your home with it's specific requirements and desired finish-out.

We build homes in Amarillo, Texas, as well as Canyon, Bushland and the surrounding Amarillo area.

90% of the projects we complete is custom built and tailored to our clients. On occasion, we do offer a speculative home.

Because we are a fully custom home builder, we do not keep a model home. On occasion, we might have a short window to see a recently completed home before our client moves in. We have found through pictures and client testimonials, prospective clients have been able to get an accurate and positive feel for the quality of our work.

The size and desired finish out of your project will largely determine the overall timeline. Typically, it takes approximately 6 months for 2,500 square feet up to 12 months for 5,000 square feet homes.
